We had put our property on the market with four agents and I can honestly say that the all round service provided by Whitehalls was leagues ahead of the others.

Not only did Gary keep us reguarly updated with developments, but he showed a genuine enthusiasm for our property and a hunger to get us a sale.

When we first embarked on the process, we had heard so many horror stories about Estate Agents from both friends and the press. We were frankly very dubious about the whole business. It was therefore a huge relief to both of us when we found an Estate Agent we felt we could trust completely and who really had our best interests at heart.

Throughout the entire time, we felt that you worked really hard to get the right buyer and the best deal for us. You managed to find a steady stream of viewings in what has been one of the worst periods in house sales for many years – an achievement in itself.

You always kept us fully informed of what was going on and gave us really useful feedback on what viewers were saying.

When you found the right buyer, we felt that you managed this superbly – gently pushing them forwards and keeping us up to date at all times. On top of that, you also saved us loosing at least £60,000 compared to what another well known firm thought we could hope to realise from the sale.

All in all, your friendly, cheerful advice and genuine honest approach made what could have been, an extremely stressful process, whilst not exactly enjoyable, certainly far from awful!
